We accept paypal & the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Prices displayed on our website are in USD and unless otherwise indicated are inclusive of VAT. Prices quoted are exclusive of postage which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section.

RIGHT FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER-

We are all about 100% stisfaction, we offer exchange, e-voucher or full refund if you are not perfectly happy withing 14 days of receiving your order minus the shipping fees, provided items are returned UNWORN, un washed, in perfect condition with all original seals attached to product. please note for hygien reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchange of knickers & hosiery.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER-

Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full.

We will confirm our acceptance of your order - on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided)

PURCHASE OF PRODUCT-

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

• The product ordered being unavailable from stock

• Our inability to obtain authorization of payment

• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU-

we deliver the goods ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

Delivery will be made after 5-7 business days of your order is accepted as all our lingerie are handmade. Delivery will be made by DHL express (see more information at our delivery page)

ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES-

If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and the customer fails to claim the items from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund the customer until the goods have been returned to lalilouche. However, if the customer would still like the goods re-shipping, we will re-dispatch the parcel once we have received it back but we will have to charge for postage again.

LOST PARCELS-

We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, 16 working days of the order date.  Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due.  Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days, and only if the parcel is deem lost in transit by mail.
